Return & Exchange Policy
Portions Master offers a full manufacturer defect warranty, you may return PortionsMaster and we will refund eligible purchases. We undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. Please check the Terms & Conditions below to determine eligibility.
- Returns to our distribution center must be postmarked no later than 21 days after the order is received.
- Where postage is not paid, no refund of postage shall be given.
- Items purchased at a store must be returned to a store. If these items are returned to our warehouse, they will be returned at the sender?s expense.
- Original invoice must accompany returned item(s) in order for refund to be processed.
- Online exchanges are not available at this time.
- Online refunds will be made to the credit card, or PayPal account used in the original transaction.
- Returned items must be in their original state and deemed to have a manufacturer defect and be unused to be accepted for a refund.
No Returnable Items:
- Due to the nature and hygienic standards of the items, returns are not accepted on: PortionsMaster (all sizes) that are used and a manufacturer defect has not been identified. If these items are returned, they will be returned at the sender’s expense.
- ALL FINAL SALE on non-warranty items.
